We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, administer insurance claim requests, communicate with owners or scheme representatives, and provide property management services.
Sharing of information
Information may be shared with Pro Property staff, insurers, service providers, scheme representatives or professional advisers where needed to process your request or provide services. We do not sell personal information.

We keep submitted information only for as long as needed for business, legal and scheme administration purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information from unauthorised access.
